4-Year-Old Love

This a love letter from my 4-year-old son, Sam, to all of the Rockies' "baseball men." During one of the Arizona playoff games last year, Sam insisted that I write this down for him so that he could send the Rockies a letter. We never did send them the letter, but I saved it to add to a memory book for him. This is 100% his own words of pure love without prompting or comment from his dad or me:

"Dear Rockies Players,

I love you, Rockies!

I love your pitching!

I love your hitting!

I love your playing!

I love you having home runs!

I love you playing your best!

I cheer for you all the time.

I want to make you a card so you guys can always remember about me that because I love you so much.

Love, Sam"
