Need a passport?

Jefferson County Administration Center now accepts passport applications for new passports .

The Jefferson County Clerk and Recorder's office is pleased to announce that it now accepts passport applications on behalf of the U.S. Department of the State. U.S. Citizens planning international travel may apply for their passports on Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at 100 Jefferson County Parkway, Suite 2560.

"The Clerk & Recorder's Office is excited about providing this additional option to its customers effectively and efficiently. This is an opportunity to assist the Department of State in meeting increased demand for service," said Clerk & Recorder Pam Anderson.

Appointments are not required, however, in order to process your passport in the most efficient manner, if would be beneficial if you called prior to coming into our office. 303.271.8167 or 303.271.8166.
