I am a victim of domestic violence-my husband pled guilty and is on probation now.I contracted with an associate broker to Robert McCarroll named Karen Cage of Fuller Sotheby.I am disabled and recovering from a second reconstructive surgery caused by my husband's beating.Ms Cage involved herself in my divorce case to the extent she is now an endorsed witness for my husband!! Hard to believe? Not only that but Fuller SothebyBroker in Charge of Karen, Bob McCarroll, condones her behavior. Not only did he not care when I presented him with proof of his employee Ms Cages dishonesty, unprofessionalism, violations of Colorado realtor's ethics codes, libel, and slander he condoned it.He refuses to release me from my contract even though his company is no longer actively marketing my home, they have cost me thousands in legal fees by insinuating themselves very unprofessionally into a divorce proceeding which is none of their business.Ms Cage wrote emails to every lawyer involved including my own (who was incensed) asking if there was some way to force me out of my home so they could better sell it.Never mind that I live on disability and receive no support since my divorce isn't final yet, and never mind that it will take a year to recover from this second surgery.Fuller wants me and my two filthy service dogs out of the house because surely I can't manage to clean it or show it.Even though I have hired helpers that clean and stay with me Ms Cage must believe I am a small speed bump on the way to her commission check.I have submitted proof from emails, video, voice recordings, and surveillance cameras to DORA and am waiting for the investigation.Mr. McCarroll now that he is aware of what Ms Cage has been doing offered me a bill for Ms Cages time including rental of her own weed eater for 90 minutes when she came to photograph my home. This bill was for $8390, and made me feel like I was a bought wh*re for this company if I paid them off. It was ridiculously padded and times false as my cameras show. That doesn't bother good old Bob at all.My surveillance camera recorded 26 minutes of work by her cleaning woman, who later bashed a huge hole in my wall by knocking a rosewood screen over and damaging it too.Stay away from this real estate company and INSIST BEFORE YOU SIGN ON YOUR RIGHT AND ABILITY TO AN UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF CONTRACT.Learn from my mistake.Good quality agents will offer this up front because they have ethics and endeavor to do an honest business.Mr. McCarroll has no such stipulation and is disinclined even for a domestic abuse victim that is disabled to extend any such courtesy when one of his associate brokers becomes involved in his client's personal divorce proceedings. All of her comments and sworn testimony will be based on hearsay since I never spoke to her about any of my personal matters. That she knows "so much" can only mean she's listening to my husband and buying his story though in an acrimonious divorce he has many motives to lie.Rather than remaining impartial this firm really gets in your business.Thank goodness I kept ALL emails and have cameras in my home. This is all just my opinion, from my direct experience.RUN THE OTHER WAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT USE THEM AS REALTORS.
