What:
The primary goal of this class is to empower Parkinson's patients by teaching skills that will enable them to cope with the challenges of the disease.
It is a great opportunity to improve self confidence, remail independent, have more energy and meet other patients. The class instruction is adapted to individual needs. Focus is on breath, balance and flexibility.
