Evergreen Resident Hayden Stone to attend Harvard University
Evergreen resident
Hayden Stone, son of
Linda and
Woody Stone, will graduate from Colorado Academy (CA) on Friday, June 5, 2009.
Hayden has attended CA since 9th grade. An avid student of the humanities, Hayden has enjoyed academic classes in history, government, English, and economics. When not participating in academic activities, Hayden enjoys fly-fishing, backpacking, astronomy, camping, skiing, and reading.

In 2007 Hayden authored and passed a piece of Water Conservation legislation for the Colorado General Assembly which made conservation an official legislative position. From there, Hayden went on to hold a policy research position with Colorado House of Representatives as well as serving as Deputy Regional Field Director for the Republican National Committee in 2008 and as Deputy Campaign manager for Cheri Gerou's successful run for House District 25.
This fall, Hayden is looking forward to attending Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts to study economics and government.
