Quilt show at Hiwan Homestead

Evergreen's Second Annual Outdoor Quilt Festival

On Sept. 30, from 10 a.m. to 4p.m.., the grounds around Hiwan Homestead Museum will be filled with the colorful artistry of 75 handmade quilts
gathered from the Evergreen community. Last year's Festival was an outstanding success with 65 quilts displayed. Quilters from around the Evergreen area and beyond loaned their handiwork to Hiwan Homestead Museum for the colorful display. This year the
quilts will be shown not only on the Museum grounds but in neighboring Heritage Grove.

Two quilts per person may be entered in this non-juried show, on a first-come-first
served basis. There is no charge to enter your quilts. Entry forms are available at Hiwan Homestead Museum, 4208 S. Timbervale Dr., Evergreen Colorado 80439. Call 303-674-6262 for details.

The Museum will be open during this event and an array of quilts will be on display
inside. Museum admission is free. The rain date for this event is October 7h at the same times and location.
