Ask Dot about Seabisquit
Contributed by: YourHub.com on 3/21/2007

Dot asked Trisha Hicks at Jefferson County Planning and Zoning department about the street name Seabisquit. She said people have asked about the spelling before. "The Seabisquit spelling pops up every once in awhile. It really just boils down to the fact that it's how the developer chose to spell it."

Hicks is addressing specialist for Jefferson County.
