Where are the speed bumps on Placid Drive?

Why can't we have a speed bump on Placid Drive? Hiwan Drive has a gazillion bumps and we have none! The reason why I would like to have a speed bump is the crazy amount of traffic that shoots down Placid before school starts at Bergen Meadow and the middle school. I know that everyone is in a hurry, but going 40 miles per hour in this zone where small children wait for their bus is wrong. So once again, why can't we have a speed bump on Placid Drive to slow down the speeders?
