I witnessed a rather interesting situation today.
An EDS truck dropped off a FULL container of construction waste at Stagecoach Park.
It then removed an EMPTY container at the same site and transported it back in the opposite direction. The FULL container was uncovered.
The weather report is for windy conditions today & we have had wind blown trash problems in the area.
Is there a waste transfer point at Stagecoach Park?
Isn't it a violation of law to have an uncovered load?
Is this a temporary situation?
