I have noted that Evergreen has signs posted requiring engine brakes ( on big diesel trucks ) to have mufflers. What are the noise reduction requirements and who enforces this law? Many construction trucks in Evergreen use these brakes to go down the hills and are quite noisy. I can take sound readings and names of the construction companies if you wish.
