The results for the national PTA arts program Reflections 2006-07 have been announced for the State of Colorado, and two Bergen Valley fourth-grade students are state finalists: Sam Leslie, who won silver for his musical composition "The Saga of the Bahama" and Francesca Rubin, who won gold for the piece she choreographed, "Best Friends."

Francesca's entry will go on to compete at the national level. There were nearly 5,000 Reflections entries in Colorado this year, and the theme was "My Favorite Place".
