VIDEO GAME LOSER GETS SUMMONS
Deputies went to the 31000 block of John Wallace Road in Evergreen at 5:11 a.m. May 7 on a domestic disturbance call. A 39-year-old man said he heard yelling and doors being slammed and said it had been going on for months. The deputy went to the downstairs apartment where the wife said her husband plays video games all night and gets upset when he loses and yells obscenities at the game. The yelling woke her up. The man was issued a summons for disorderly conduct.

LATE NIGHT KNOCKER AWAKENS RESIDENTS
Deputies went to the 31000 block of John Wallace Road at 9:36 a.m. May 7. An 82-year-old woman said she was awakened by loud knocks on her door at 3 a.m. May 6. She said she keeps her door locked and was able to go back to sleep but her the bangs against the door again. She said this had been happening for months. She said when she went out to the hallway there was never anyone there and it usually happens between 1 a.m. and 4 a.m. The deputy spoke to the assistant manager and he said other reports of late-night knocking had been made. He was asked to contact the sheriff when it happened again.

TRAVELER YELLS AT ROAD SIGN EMPLOYEE
As a deputy was traveling eastbound on Cub Creek road in Evergreen near Forest Hill Road he observed a disturbance between a vehicle occupant and a man holding a Stop/Slow sign in the construction area. A man was standing up through the sunroof of a Chevy Blazer yelling at the construction worker. The deputy stopped the vehicle and a 19-year-old man said he was the one standing up and that every time he goes through the area, the sign holder hit the car with the stop sign. The driver was issued a summons because she was driving while her license was under suspension. The occupant was issued a summons for disorderly conduct.


STRANGER KNOCKS ON DOORS
Deputies were called at 1:33 a.m. May 10 to respond to a resident on the 5200 block of Parmalee Gulch Road. The 54-year-old resident said his dogs started barking at 1 a.m. When he looked out the front door he saw a strange man on his porch. When he told the man to leave the stranger looked at him. That's when the resident told his wife to call 911. He described the stranger as tall about 25 to 30 years old wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt. While the deputy was there, a neighbor came to the home and said a man was knocking on her door. The deputy searched the property but did not find the stranger.
