UNDERAGE DRINKING
On Aug. 1 at 1:41 a.m., a deputy was dispatched to the 3600 block of Heatherwood in Evergreen. A man walking toward the deputy was stumbling and two other people were standing behind a truck outside the residence. The deputy asked the man what was going on. He said he was just picking up his friends. The deputy contacted the two other men and could smell an aroma of alcohol. Two men were issued summonses for underage drinking.
WRONG BURRITO
On Aug. 2 at 5:12 p.m. a deputy went to Taco Bell 30850 Stagecoach Blvd., in Evergreen and spoke to an employee who said an elderly man had parked his Cadillac in front of the entrance to the restaurant. A woman met the deputy outside and told him the man sitting inside was intoxicated. The man said he was returning a bean burrito because he had ordered a beef burrito. After he discovered it he drove back to the restaurant and encountered deer on the road, which caused him to swerve and hit the curb. Although he refused medical attention, he was transported to Lutheran Medical Center
BAR CUSTOMER HITS EMPLOYEE
On Aug. 3 at 9:35 p.m., a deputy went to Cactus Jack's, 4600 block of County Road 73 on an assault call. The caller said a woman hit a bartender. The employee said the woman had been at the bar since 5 p.m. and had been a problem in the past. She said she went to take away the woman's drink after she was sick outside the deck area of the bar and the customer yelled at her and struck her with an open right hand. She said she wanted to pursue charges. The customer was issued a summons.
NEIGHBOR DISPUTE OVER FENCELINE
On Aug. 4 at 10:52 a.m., a deputy went to the 5100 block of Ute Road on a neighbor dispute. A woman said her neighbors cut down part of the fence between two properties. When asked if she witnessed this incident, she said no. The officer contacted the neighbor who said he thought the fence fell down years ago. He admitted conflicts between he and the neighbor. The woman was advised the matter was civil and would have to be decided by the zoning department.
