With the holiday season upon us, the Colorado State Patrol communications officers and the Colorado State Patrol troopers would like to emphasize the importance of traffic safety.

We are asking the motoring public to assist our efforts in the reduction of fatal and injury accidents by dialing *CSP.

Please be prepared to give the dispatcher, your location, a license plate number, vehicle and driver description and an explanation of the driving actions of the violator.

If a State Trooper takes enforcement action, you may be asked to testify in a court of law.
