When not bird, deer or elk watching, cats can often be found curled up on a hand-made afghan tossed across a leather chair. The remaining 20 suites are located in two adjoining areas and they too offer top-of-the-line accommodations. Some rooms are decorated to resemble cat-sized bedrooms and there is even a beautifully decorated Garden Room with a park bench, trellis and huge window. Whether boarded in one of the lodge's V.I.P. (Very Important Pet), Deluxe or Economy suites, each guest is given individual care and attention to ensure they return home healthy and happy. Multi-cat families appreciate the fact that they pay for the suite and there is no extra charge if their 2nd or 3rd cat shares the same suite.

Owners Susan and Mike Nocket are lifelong cat lovers who have been involved in feline rescue for many years. When it came time to leave their corporate careers they chose to create one of the most luxurious cat-only boarding facilities in the country, right here in the Denver area. "I had always been dissatisfied with the traditional boarding options for my own cats and wanted to create the kind of place where cat owners would feel truly comfortable leaving their cherished pets" said Susan.

In designing a boarding facility of this caliber, Susan and Mike took great care to ensure that the facility was as healthy for its guests as it was comfortable. The entry to each suite is fitted with a full length glass door to make it easy to check up on guests without disturbing them. The lodge is equipped with state-of-the-art multistage air purification systems. The suites are constructed and furnished with materials that lend themselves to thorough cleaning and disinfecting between guests. In addition, each litter box is housed in a custom-built enclosure equipped with continuous exhaust ventilation to ensure an odor-free environment. Finally, each cat or cat family resides in its own suite and does not come in contact with other cats.
