New Shanghai Restaurant is an exquisite place to dine.

Whether you dine in for lunch or dinner or take out, the food is always excellent. New Shanghai offers not only Chinese food, but also a selection of Japanese and Vietnamese food.

Each dish is made from an original recipe with fresh ingredients and each sauce handmade by the owner to keep the original flavor.

This family-owned restaurant started in 1977 in downtown Evergreen as a small business. In 1983, they expanded and relocated to the Evergreen North Shopping Center where it is currently located.

According to the owner, Jim Lui , New Shanghai would have never survived for 30 years without their faithful long-term customers. He hopes that he'll keep seeing familiar faces as well as many new ones.

New Shanghai Restaurant is located at 3719 Evergreen Parkway Evergreen, Colorado next to the Evergreen Post Office and behind Chow Down. To order from New Shanghai Restaurant call 303-674-8883 or stop by to dine in.

The restaurant is open from 11:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday and from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Sundays: closed Mondays.
