Ultimate Frisbee tournament coming

Play (or learn to play) Ultimate Frisbee at the 3rd annual Evergreen Ultimate Frisbee Tournament

August 27 at the Buchanan ball fields

In 2004 and 2005, we had a huge turn out of nearly 200 players each year. Beginners and first-timers welcome! "Learn to play" clinics will take place before the event. Players' names will be drawn from a hat for random teams. There will also be freestyle, distance and maybe a frisbee dog demonstrations in the early afternoon.

What is ultimate frisbee? Ultimate is an exciting, non-contact team sport, played by thousands throughout the world. It mixes the best features of sports such as soccer, basketball, and football into an elegantly simple yet fascinating and demanding game.

We also play pick-up ultimate almost every Tuesday and Thursday 12:00 - 1:00 at the Buchanan Ball Fields - join us even if you've never played before!
