Early childhood education and monitoring of children's development is the foundation for a successful life for any child. Adults can help children by ensuring they have the ability to learn and participate in activities that develop physical and mental skills and agility. There's a nonprofit organization in Adams County that works to help parents provide that educational foundation.
Founded in 2004, the Early Childhood Partnership of Adams County (ECPAC) is a coalition of public and private agencies working together to improve coordination and enhance capacity of services for young children and their families.
The nonprofit is holding its 5th annual Early Care and Education Summit: Invest in our Future at the Westin Westminster on Thu., Oct. 1, 7:30-9:30 a.m.
