The Federal Heights City Council meets on Tuesday this week to discuss and decide on various issues around the city from economic development plans to public works infrastructure. I believe the most difficult and significant decision to be made on this night will be during the Redevelopment Authority meeting, when the authority plans to decide which of two business proposalsto accept for further negotiation about purchasing and developing a piece of city-owned property.
