QUALIFICATIONS: No purchase necessary, void where prohibited. Entrants must be legal U.S. residents. The hot tubs, big screen televisions, and scooters will only be awarded to people 18 years of age or older.
The iPod and $500 in movie tickets will be awarded to high school students 14 years of age or older. If selected, students must present high school identification card to prove age/attendance.
Any finalist or Prize Winner must have a valid Social Security number or Tax ID number.

SWEEPSTAKES DATES: Enter at http://denver.yourhub.com. Entries will be accepted April 1, 2006 through May 31, 2006. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. All eligible entries will be included in the prize drawings.

ELIGIBLE ENTRIES: YourHub.com will determine in its sole discretion which entries are valid and whether the entries otherwise meet the eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules. All decisions of YourHub.com regarding the selection of the winner(s) are final. Notice will be sent to the winner(s) by telephone and through email, using the information provided on such winner’s registration. An entrant need not be present to win, and no purchase is required. YourHub.com is not responsible for unsuccessful efforts to notify a winner, including without limitation, by reason of any inaccurate information or transmission failure that result in the failure to identify or contact a winner. Except where prohibited by law, a winner’s acceptance of the Prize will constitute permission for YourHub.com, its affiliated companies, parent companies, sponsors and Prize supplier or donor to use winner’s name, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes in reference to the Contest without additional compensation, consideration or consent and without further notice to winner. Employees and contractors (and their families) of Rocky Mountain News, Denver Newspaper Agency, RPM Sports, Colorado Billiards & Spas, Listen Up Audio/Video and Apple are not eligible to win.

THE PRIZE(S): Prizes include (two each) a Honda Metropolitan Scooter, courtesy of RPM Motor Sports; a Fun Tub hot tub (78''x78''x29''), which seats 5 people, has 7 jets, and a 1HP pump, in Centrex White, with Full Foam Insulation, courtesy of Colorado Billiards & Spas; a 42” Samsung Big Screen TV, courtesy of Listen Up Audio/Video; (one each) a 60GB Apple iPod, and movie tickets valued at $500. One of each prize will be awarded in April and one in May, 2006. Except only one each iPod and $500 in movie tickets.

SELECTION OF WINNER(S): On or about Wednesday, May, 3, 2006, three winners will be selected to receive a hot tub, big screen television or scooter from all eligible entries submitted. On or about Wednesday, June 7, 2006, five winners will be selected to receive a hot tub, big screen television, scooter, iPod or $500 in movie tickets. Winners are chosen at the sole discretion of the YourHub.com staff. The winners will be notified by telephone and by email notification. Odds of winning will be determined by number of entries received. Entrants agree their name and image may be published in YourHub.com print publications and onYourHub.com Web sites.

CONFIRMATION OF WINNER(S): The Prize(s) will be issued to the winner(s) when YourHub.com has determined that the winner(s) has submitted an Eligible Entry and has otherwise complied with the Official Rules, the winner’s address (and other information deemed necessary by YourHub.com) has been confirmed. The winner will be required to provide a legally valid Social Security number or Tax ID number before the prize(s) may be redeemed. The Prize(s) is not transferable nor is it redeemable for cash. All costs and fees including federal, state, local or other applicable taxes, license fees, insurance coverage, charges and incidental costs, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner(s).

Retail vendor(s) will pay all taxes and delivery of merchandise, within the Denver-metro area. Contest winner(s) will be responsible for any installation costs associated with prize winnings.
