The opening reception for the 2nd Annual Early Spring Art Exhibit was held on Friday 10th February at the Philip S. Miller Library in Castle Rock.
Over 80 works of art, contributed by 23 area artists, will be on display until Friday 10th March. A wide variety of techniques and subject matter are represented.
Heading up the exhibit committee for this outstanding collection of paintings, sculpture and photographs was
Dix Moris
, whose pastel art is also on display.
Other artists represented are
Ed Allen,Robert Spooner, Marie Vander Leest, Bruce Makinney, Liz Partridge, Pam Hostetler
and
Betty Arndt
.
Take a stroll through the Philip S. Miller Library, 100 S. Wilcox, to enjoy this top class exhibit. And while you are there select a favorite piece and enter your ballot for "peoples choice."
