Challenges for HOAs in a Lean Economy"
WHAT:The HOA Council of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the Community Associations Institute, in conjunction with the City of Aurora, invites HOA leaders and homeowners to an interactive discussion of topics important to the successful management of community associations in today's difficult economy.Several roundtables will be available, with specialists in liens and foreclosures, financial management and reserves, communications, insurance and risk management, and fiduciary responsibilities of board members.
WHEN:Wednesday, October 21 from 5:30 pm - 8:00 pm.
A light dinner will be served.Registration is
FREE but is required by October 19.Door prizes will be awarded to registrants.
