You look like a million bucks in that expensive costume you just bought. Now your face has to match! We will go over a step-by-step make-up map, getting your face ready for performance.

On Friday night, Tribe Marrakech will be hosting a casualOpen Houseat Paprika in Golden, 1112 Washington Ave. Bring some drinks, and a dish or snack to share if you would like to, but we will also be providingsome snacks and refreshments! Start your day right with a wonderful warm up yoga class with Lauren.
9:15-11:15am Princess Farhana: Basic Burlesque
It's time to strut like a show girl and learn to tease a la Gypsy Rose Lee in the retro-burlesque style! Technique covered: cute entrances and exits; showgirl walks, boa work, bumps and grinds and basic strip tease mechanics.
11:30-1:30pm Monnya Silver: Aerial Fabric
Come take your dancing to new heights as we explore the grace and beauty of aerial fabric.
2:00-4:00pm Satya: Fire Fusion
Make your performance sizzle! This introduction to combining fire fans, fingers and torches with belly dance will teach you how to integrate fire into the moves you already know.
4:15 - 6:15pm Anne Dellinger: Hoop Dancing
A super energizing hoop class! You will explore dancing while hooping with emphasis on the dancing, expression, "outflow" or opposite direction and reversals!
7:30-11:30pm Summertime Sideshow Circus SHOW
See the magic and excitement of the Summertime Sideshow Circus on Saturday Night at the Buffalo Rose in Golden, 1119 Washington Ave. Tribe Marrakech and Paprika bring to you an evening of extraordinary aerial acts, whirling, twirling, swirling hula-hoop artistry, hot fire dancing, and the oh so irresistible burlesque temptress, PRINCESS FARHANA. Special musical guests include the local favorites, Kara Nomadica, and DJ Ricky. There will be plenty of music for you to dance to, so come ready to boogie! Doors open at 7:30, show will begin at 8:00.

Step right up and join Tribe Marrakech with some fun combinations that are sure to delight and amaze you and your audience!

In this workshop, techniques & concepts will be taught for serpentine movements that give the illusion of bonelessness & flexibility with focuses on fluid waves, defined undulations, smooth weight-shifts & level-changes.
