Annual 4th July Celebration at Lions Park-Golden

What:	This community celebration and festival is in its 36th year and is hosted by the Golden Lions Club at Lions Park, located at the end of 10th Street in Golden. It features free rides for the kids, free entertainment and avaialble food and beverages. It is topped off by a gala fireworks display at dark. Winners of nearly 200 raffle prizes will be announced during the event with the grand prize winner of $1000 announced just before the firewoks. Winners need not be present and Lions members are selling tickets around town right now and will do so during the event. This is a true family and community event allowing friends and neighbors to applaud our freedoms in a traditional way
