Congratulations to the new training class of CASA of Jefferson and Gilpin Counties! Thirty-six dedicated community members went through 40 hours of intense training and were sworn into the Jefferson County Courts on March 10 th, 2009. These volunteers will be appointed by a Judge to cases of child abuse and neglect to represent the best interests of the children involved.
