I guess this is an Announcement, therefore, I am posting my story with this category. I'm letting all of you Golden folks know that I will now be blogging on YourHub.Com. I find myself a bit confused when I want to post a story about my move to the San Juan Islands from Golden. It really isn't a story. It isn't about Golden. It's about my new life; my island life. I want to leave space for the real Golden stories. I enjoy reading them and they should be about Golden. My Golden stories were told. Now it's time for other Golden folks to write about the events, the wonderful volunteers, and the fun they have living in such a wonderful community. I will continue to be Golden's Cheerleader, though, a title given to me by Brendan Leonard long ago.

I will enjoy reading what others have to say about Golden, even though I now live 1,400 miles away from the town I once called home. Isn't the internet wonderful?

I will blog about my life on an island. I continue to receive e-mails and calls from Golden friends who enjoy reading about my new adventure. I have connected with folks living in the San Juans after they found my stories on YourHub.Com. Again, isn't the internet wonderful?
