Kurly-Q, a 14-month-old llama accompanied by owner
Jim Haas, toured the Ralston Elementary School Artisans Market Nov. 17 and strolled through the gymnasium looking attentive and alert.
The gym was set up with numerous booths of handmade gifts, some of which were made from the silky wool from Kurly-Q's family members at the Soda Creek Llama farm in nearby Evergreen, where he lives with 69 other llamas.
