Golden [Change Location]

Still dancing after 62 years

This is our USO G.I. Love Story: Helen and Hal Leith, of Golden, met at a USO Dance  62 years ago. Helen's Los Angeles USO title was "Queen of Sun and Sand." The orchestra was Xavier Cugat's and they played rumbas and tangos for us. Helen and Hal have been married for 61 years and still love dancing as well as each other.
