We have a very important decision to make on the upcoming ballot about the Jefferson County School Board. As we fight for every education dollar, and strive for accountability of those dollars, we need board members who have experience and credibility.

And we do. Rick Rush is running for re-election to the Jeffco School Board, and we are honored that his choice is to continue to serve our community. He is committed to working hard for quality education for all students and is supportive of our teachers. Why vote for RICK RUSH?

·Rick currently serves as theSecretary and Treasurer of the Jeffco School Board and is an original and current member of District's Compensation Study Team, a group striving to find compensation structures that reward exemplary performance in a cost conscious environment. Formerly, he has served as chairman of the District's Accountability Committee ( Strategic Planning and Advisory Council) and was a member of the District's Financial Oversight Committee

·Rick has extensive financial experience and business acumen ( 25 years local experience as an actuary and businessman) and will focus on being "accountable to taxpayers"

I have worked with Rick as a volunteer and have been continually impressed with his intellect,judgment and integrity. Rick's overall goal is to do everything he can to provide the best education possible for our children. I strongly encourage our community to vote for Rick Rush for the Jeffco School Board.
