Golden Elks Bar-B-Que for veterans

On the 4th of July it's fitting that 4 Golden Elks went to the VA Center in Denver to cook for the Veteran's and staff and volunteers on America's birthday whose liberty was won by citizen soldiers and is still being defended by citizen soldiers.
We again cooked 80 hot dogs, 120 brats, and 200 hamburgers, with baked beans and potatoe salad and cake and ice cream, can't get any better that.
Jim Vitale (not pictured) Wayne Rogers, Ed Utsch, and Tom Schwenke were the cooks. Hope everyone enjoyed the 4th as much as we did.
