In the 1920s, Colorado was infiltrated by those seeking to take political power all the way to the statehouse and governor's mansion. One prominent Golden family was indoctrinated by the group's initial promises only to become disillusioned by the organization's ominous side.

This piece of historical fiction is available at Clear Creek Books and the Golden Pioneer Museum. Todd Lowther, a fitth-generation Coloradan, will autograph his book at the open house for the new exhibit at the Golden Pioneer Museum to be held May 2 at 6:30 p.m.
