Farmers Insurance awards grants to local teachers

Tina Kiel, an agent with Farmers Insurance and a mother with children attending 3 local schools, acted quickly and was able to obtain a $500 grant for the teaching staff at each of the following schools: Kyffin Elementary, Manning Middle and Golden High.

This grant was made available from Farmers Insurance for Teacher Appreciation Week as a way to say "Thank You" to our teachers for the incredible job they do. Tina said, "I am so excited to be able to give this gift to all these wonderful teachers. In our busy lives, sometimes we forget to take a moment and express our gratitude for all they do for our children. I am proud that Farmers Insurance Group understands and supports the efforts of educators. There were lots of smiles around the room when I presented the checks!"
