Red Rocks Community College’s Law Enforcement Academy will graduate twenty-four students Friday, December 16, marking the Academy’s 37th graduation.

Christopher Romero, a local artist and 2003 RRCC Law Enforcement Academy graduate, will dedicate a bronze sculpture to the Academy at the ceremony. The sculpture entitled “The First Peace Officer,” pays tribute to fellow Academy alumni and RRCC adjunct instructor Christopher Grosz, who passed away in October.

The ceremony will take place at 5:15 p.m. in the Community Room of the college’s Lakewood campus, 13300 W. Sixth Ave. For more information contact Eva Graziano at 303.914.6464.

Persons requesting accommodations for disabilities should contact the Office of Special Services at least 72 hours prior to this event.  Please call 303.914.6733.
