NEIGHBOR SUSPECTS METH
On June 5 at 10:30 a.m., a man came to the Golden Police Department and told an officer he thought there was a meth lab in a storage shed next to the one he owns on the 800 block of Brickyard Circle. He said he smelled a strong odor of amonia coming from another unit. When he checked the unit he saw a long piece of PVC pipe and four 55-gallon drums filled with a clear liquid. A fire unit checked the site and determined it was not a meth lab and only had some strong chemicals in the unit. The fire department official said the owner would be contacted.
