TOO DRUNK TO DRIVE
On June 12 at midnight, a fight at the Buffalo Rose Saloon was reported. Upon arrival the officer was told suspects left the area. A father and son were contacted in the stairwell of a parking garage. The father said what happened was "minor." He said they were waiting for a cab because they were too intoxicated to drive. Since no one at the saloon wanted to pursue charges, the men were released.

ALTERCATION AT BAR
On June 12 at 12:48 a.m., an officer went to the Buffalo Rose Saloon on a disturbance call between two men and some employees at the establishment. A physical altercation made its way to the front of the business, when another man tried to separate the two. The employees did not wish to pursue charges and asked the men to leave.

NEIGHBORS DISAGREE
On June 5, officers went to the 1500 block of E Street ona harrassment call between neighbors. At issue was a parking situation that led to a disagreement. One neighbor said the other was hemming her in by placing planter box in the way of getting in and out of her car. The 51 year-old man said the neighbors were mean and nasty.The officer told the manager the man was volatile advised that contact with him be avoided.
