Downtown Golden merchants, Baby Does Clothing and Golden Sweets are supporting donations for Haiti relief through Doctors Without Borders. Windy Saddle Cafe's support will benefit Partners in Health for disaster victims in Haiti.
Golden Sweets owner, Linda List's step-daughter is a member of the Doctor's Without Borders Team now working in Haiti. Lisabeth List has had missions in most of the crisis areas of the world, including Darfur, Sudan, Somalia, Pakistan, East Timor, Sri Lanka, and now Haiti. She views Haiti as one of the biggest challenges of our time and was eager to be sent on this mission.
