Rebuilding Together Metro Denver offers NO COST home repair to eligible senior and disabled homeowners in the metro area

Rebuilding Together Metro Denver is committed to keeping low income seniors and the disabled warm, safe and dry while remaining in their homes independently. Our services include Rebuilding Days in April and October, which provide a sponsoring group that brings a team of volunteers in for one full day of work on selected homes, and AHome for All Seasons program, which provides year-round minor home repair to eligible homeowners.

To be eligible for our services you must:
-Own and occupy your home with no plans to move or sell
-Be at least 55 years of age, or younger if disabled or providing permanent
residence for a family member living with a disability
-Meet income eligibility guidelines

Homeowner stories:

· Ruth received a ramp so she is able to leave her house more conveniently, as well as a few other minor safety-related repairs

· Lucy had a handrail installed on her front porch & her stairway, grab bars installed in the bathroom, gutter repair, smoke & carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, a new lockset and weather stripping installed on her door

· Adolph needed grab bars in the bathroom, minor electrical repair, locks replaced on his doors, a handrail installed on his stairway, smoke & carbon monoxide detectors installed, and replacement of his lavatory and kitchen sinks
