Hi. I'm Alec Kirts and I'm 14 years old. I love the Rockies because of their players. They are all really good. I particularly like Matt Holiday, because of his ability to hit the ball. He is so much fun to watch.
I am a very loyal fan. I always listen to them on 850 KOA even if it's not their best game. I listen to them on the radio because my parent's can't afford cable. I wish I could watch but I'll get my Rockies any way I can. Actually I'm listening to them right now. It's May 2nd and we're playing the Dodgers. It's 2-1 Rockies in the 6th.
The Rockies are so fun to listen to because you never know what's going to happen next. I don't like it when you know what's going to happen in a game. It's so boring. The Rockies can beat any team. I really enjoy it when other teams strut onto the diamond like they own the world and they know they can beat us and then, Wham! We beat them bad.
The Rockies have pure talent. Some teams do well just because they have a lot of money. Our team wins because we have the skills. The Rockies have a really good lead off man (Willie Traveras). I like the fact that they are a defensive and offensive minded team. There is nothing more boring than a 1-0 game. My family and I are huge Rockies fans and would really enjoy and appreciate the tickets.
