It seem a bit ironic that Board President Heather Thompson testified in court to being a "social" smoker while living at this address, as was the brother of the owner of unit No. 3, who lived here for a year, and there was no complaint of odor until they all moved.

I feel frustrated. I feel as though I am constantly trying to defend myself against false accusations. I am gravely disappointed in a judical system that would grant
somuch empowerment to such a small group of people.

The Judge ordered that each party pay their own costs and fees. This group of people sent me notice twice that I could no longer contact them. That if I wanted to communicate with them, I would need to speak through their attorney.

Now, they want me to pay for that decision? I asked several times to review and copy financial and insurance documents, but their lawyers told me I hadlimited rights under the Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act, that they weren't applicable to this community, yet the same statute I am denied is written into the amendment used to prohibit smoking in my own home.

These people make up the rules as they go.
Rodger and I feel it is important that people know about this because this ruling supasses a mere smoking issue. As a society, are we willing to accept continued restrictions, granted by government, that invade our personal, and privately ownedhomes?
