Hockey for Life!!
Contributed by: Kayla Boyle on 11/14/2005

My name is Kayla Boyle and I am from Colorado Springs, Colorado.  Being a hockey fan requires a lot of effort, determination, pride, and most of all love for hockey.  My friends, family, and I have been the greatest hockey fans for the better part of my life.  I am currently attending the University of Northern Colorado and instantly became a UNC hockey fan. Being a long time fan of the Colorado Avalanche, I had to adjust to some of the rules for college hockey but it was worth it.  Because of this I had an opportunity to see my first live hockey game; even being college it was nonetheless spectacular.  Since then I have attended every one I could.  I have not yet had the pleasure of seeing the Avalanche play live, being a poor college student I haven’t had the money to purchase tickets, which is why I think this is an excellent opportunity.  If I were to win this suite I would first and foremost take my family and then a few of my closest hockey buddies.  I would absolutely love to see them “in person” and wait for the day I get to do so.  Thank you so much for your time!

This girls sounds like she is in the same boat as me! Going to college leaves little pocket money for fun!
