Learn FENCING, an original sport of the first Olympics

The unique Olympic sport of sabre fencing is one of the fastest growing sports in the country. Fencing athletes will learn all the fundamental skills, including sabre handling, attack, parry and repost. Athletes will develop and improve these skills through footwork, partner drills and bouting. The athletes will test their skills in a tournament at the end of the week with prizes awarded.

Fencing equipment, instruction and a snack is provided.

Date: July 27 thru July 31, 2009

Time: 10:00am to 4:00pm

Ages: 6 through adult

Fee: $350.00 non-members/ $250.00 members

Participants should bring appropriate clothing, including tennis shoes,

t-shirt and sport pants, a lunch, snacks, and water bottle.

Arrangements can be made for early drop off or late pick up.
