Czaplinskis win mother-daughter City Open

Carol Czaplinski, of Golden, and her daughter, Lara, won the Mother-Daughter Tournament at the Denver City Open, held at the Denver Tennis Club June 17 through 25. They defeated Julie and Jodie Ciarvella, 6-1, 7-6. Carol also won the women's 50s double with her partner Cindy Hall. They defeated Laura Thomson and Linda Prior, 6-4, 7-5.
