Karen is here to help
Contributed by: YourHub.com on 2/12/2007

Hi
I am community journalist Karen Groves
I am in the office today and if you need help registering on YourHub.com I am here to help you.
I have also included a short How-to guide.
You can reach me by phone at 303-954-2303 or e-mail me at
grovesk@yourhub.com

I am happy to talk about any story ideas you may have and welcome your contributions.

How to use YourHub.com
*Step 1: Get registered. (It's free, fast and won't send you any spam.) *Step 2: Fill out your user profile. This will help readers get to know you and provide some context for your stories, photos and events. *Step 3: Post your stories and photos or events. It's just like sending an e-mail: Write a headline, write or paste your text and attach your photos. It's easy! *Step 4: Start a blog. A blog is like an online journal which you can write just about anything you want. Write about your hobbies or your neighborhood or anything you feel like. Plus you get your own URL, like http://denver.yourhub.com/~YourBlogName. How cool is that? *Step 5: Join the community. Rate other users' content and leave them comments using the text editor at the bottom of each page. Everyone likes a little encouragement and there is no better place to have a debate. *Step 6: Have fun! Remember, YourHub.com is a Web site and a newspaper. The content you post online has a chance to be featured in our weekly newspaper, which is delivered to every home subscriber of the Rocky Mountain News and Denver Post every Thursday. It's a great way to get your story out to your community.
