State Treas. to address FNDBA luncheon

What:	The Far Northeast Denver Business Association (FNDBA) is excited to announce its guest speaker at their May 22nd luncheon will be Colorado State Treasurer Cary Kennedy. Ms. Kennedy is expected to discuss state transportation initiatives. In March 2007 the Governor signed an executive order creating a transportation finance and implementation panel. Treasurer Kennedy was appointed one of the co-chairs of that committee. The stated mission of that blue ribbon panel is, "To bring together a broad range of stakeholders to identify long term sustainable transportation programs and funding options for a 21st Century multimodal transportation system to support a vibrant economy and quality of life." In November the panel released its recommendations to the Governor. The luncheon is May 22, 11:30am to 1pm at the Green Valley Ranch Golf Club. FNDBA's membership includes small and large business in Green Valley Ranch, Montbello, Gateway and other nearby communities.
