We are two young (Early/Mid 20's) professional males seeking a third roommate to share our home in Brighton! We are currently in a lease through the end of June, however we are looking to sign another year lease so please be looking for a LONG TERM situation. We are usually away from the house for work from 6:30am until around 7pm during the week and have most weekends off. We are both drug free but we do enjoy a drink now and again. Please forgive us as we are bachelors so we are not the biggest clean freaks, but we don't trash our place either. We are hoping to find another male, but we are not against having a female move in. The rent is $350/month and is due on the 1st of the month. You will also be responsible for 1/3rd of all utilities, paid when the bills arrive (Rarely over $120/mo). There are a lot of great features to our home and I will try to list a few of them here for you.

We do rent from a real estate agency and as such there is a credit check required by the landlord (Don't be shy if you have bad credit, just be honest about it up front and our landlord will likely give you a chance). Each tenant is required to sign the lease agreement. Don't let this deter you, this really is a great place to live!
