The Aurora Public Library is conducting a survey from April 14 to May 5 to find out how to better serve its customers and effectively allocate budget dollars.
The survey will be administered via a laptop-size electronic box located at the circulation desk at each of Aurora's seven libraries. Customers may take the short survey at anytime during regular business hours. All library users, including both Aurora residents and non-residents, are encouraged to complete the survey.
The survey also will be available to take online at auroralibrary.org.
The Aurora Public Library last surveyed customers in 2006. That survey's data resulted in modifications to programming, collections and elsewhere to better meet customer needs.
