Mrs.Harris' class is at it again
Contributed by: Cheryl Harris on 1/9/2007

The students in Mrs. Harris' class at Green Valley Elementary are at it again! We're still trying to protect and save the environment in our own backyard by making pinecone birdfeeders and nifty pollution collectors. We've decide to make sure some of the animals inour backyard habitat won't go hungry this winter by making bird feeders and hanging them in and around the backyard habitat.

The students are also making pollution detectors to test for pollution in and around our school. They will be checking the collectors daily to make sure they know whats going on with the air quality in our environment.

" We just want to let everyone know that helping to keep the environment healthy is something we pledge to keep doing not only this year but for as long as we can." says Mrs. Harris. (For recipes and directions on how to make the bird feeder and the pollution collectors, see YourHub.com)
