Celebrate Cinco de Mayo with two Aurora libraries

Join in the festivities to celebrate Cinco de Mayo from 2 to 4 p.m. May 3 at the Hoffman Heights Library, 1298 Peoria St., and the Martin Luther King, Jr. Library, 9898 E. Colfax Ave. Bring the whole family to learn more about this festive Mexican holiday. Admission is free.

There will be traditional Mexican food, three traditional Mexican crafts and books for families to learn more about Cinco de Mayo. The libraries will also feature the music of Roberto Mendez, a live mariachi guitarist.
