A&B student athletes attend DU gymnastics meet

Tony Daniels with the University of Denver invited Athletics & Beyonds young student athletes from the Green Valley Ranch/Montbello community to attended womens gymnastics meet.

Participants had the pleasure of watching Junior All-American Jessica López (Caracas, Venezuela) lead the No. 13-ranked University of Denver gymnastics team to a 196.250 - 193.275 win over No. 17 Arizona during the home season finale. López is ranked No. 4 in the nation in the all-around and No. 3 on floor exercise.

After the meet was over the kids were invited to the floor for the awards presentation and were able to meet and talk to DU gymist Jessica and Sasha Sullivan. This is part of our mission to acclimate our children to Division 1 Universities.
