10-year-old Grid Iron Tournament champions

Coach Patrick and his 10-year-old Falcon football team bring home another CHAMPIONSHIP. The weekend of August 15 - 16 his well-disciplined team participated in a the Grid Iron Youth Football Tournament held at Dick's Sports Park competing against teams from the Aurora Youth League and Denver PAL.

Game #1- Coach Patrick's Falcons 27- 0 Redskins (PAL)
Game #2- Coach Patrick's Falcons 21 - 6 GVR Giants (PAL)
Championship Game- Coach Patrick's Falcons 13 - 6 Aurora Crush (two time Aurora Youth League Champions)

This talented, disciplined, technical and well-coached team has won 2 Arapahoe Youth League Championships 2005 and 2006 as well as several tournaments in only three years. The coaches are students of the game and attend coaches clinics during the off season as well as encourage their players to attend clinics held by high school coaches and college players. It is the work ethic of the coaches, team and parents that make the difference.

Athletics & Beyond is a proud sponsor of Coach Patrick and his team of CHAMPIONS. Good luck to another successful season in the Arapahoe Youth League.
